Dependency on sweet tastes can be like a dependency on an intimate caress that we allow ourselves to receive from a food or several foods which taste of sugar. Dependency on real sugar or on foods that do not taste sweet but that quickly put sugar in the bloodstream can meet the brain's need for substances which have a calming effect and which are good for morale. In both cases, the bad mental habit which takes root can be reduced and eliminated through regular practice and the subconscious listening induced by these recordings.
