A word from the author

You will find information on this site about my relaxation seminars and the courses offered at the Royal la Rasante.

There is also an online store with the relaxation technologies I’ve developed. These include the electrical sound and light stimulation devices I began introducing to hospitals over 15 years ago and four relaxation recording labels (for downloading), including the Audio-Medicine (therapeutic suggestion recordings). These are the only recordings available for sale at pharmacies in Belgium (and around the world). They are listed by the Ministry of Health as an "alternative to the overuse of sleeping pills and anti-depressants" (see the 2006 campaign).

You can visit the forum and give your opinion on the various topics, subscribe to the newsletter which reports positive news, and become a member of the Zen latitudes club. You will receive news and information on specials.

Several sub-sections appear in the left margin with information supplementing the main sections (at the top of the page). Note that I also organize a cruise in the South Seas every year! This year it will be in the Seychelles!
