Despite very different psychopathological processes, tension headaches, like migraines, respond extremely well to deep relaxation. This recording uses adapted suggestions to act on the tone of neck muscles (through which the arteries which irrigate the head go) and relieve the automatic vasomotor disturbances in smooth muscles. This recording induces a state of deep relaxation which is both physical and psychological and is based on the relaxation of voluntary and involuntary muscles.
